Dear Families, We are inviting you to participate in our School Climate and Culture Survey, administered through Panorama Education. This survey is an important opportunity for you to share your perspectives on your child’s school experience.
The survey asks about topics such as school climate, communication, safety, relationships, and overall satisfaction. Your feedback helps us better understand what is working well and where we can improve to better support all students and families. The information we gather is used by school and district leaders to guide planning, strengthen practices, and ensure we are creating welcoming, supportive environments for every student.
We strongly encourage all families to take a few minutes to complete the survey. Your voice matters, and higher participation helps us make more informed and representative decisions.
Please use the link below to access the survey:

Thank you for your time, your partnership, and your continued support of our schools.
Sincerely, Neshobe Admin
| | | | | | There is a LOT going on in art during May! The first is the BIG Art show at Otter Valley. All students in Grades K-6 who have attended art regularly during March and April will have work in the show! The show will also include artwork by students across the school district in grades K-12. There will be so much to see! This is a great opportunity to appreciate the creative work that is so important to our students. Please join us if you can! The BIG Art show will be one night only - Wednesday, May 13th, from 6-9 PM. Don't miss it! Below are a few examples of awesome work that students have created for the show. If you have any questions about the show, or whether or not your child will have work in the show, feel free to email me at jbrodowski@rnesu.org.
The other big art event will be the Community Mural Paint Day for our new Neshobe School mural project with Juniper Creative Arts. This will take place at Neshobe School on Saturday, May 16th, from 12-2 PM. Please come and help make your creative mark on our new mural! No painting experience is necessary and we welcome all levels of skill. Everyone is invited, friends, family, and community members of all ages. Mark the date on your calendar now! We can't wait to see you there! | | | | | | | | | The Boys & Girls Summer Program at Neshobe still has space available. Applications for the Summer Program can be found at your child's school or by emailing Heather Best at hbest@rnesu.org.
For those families that have already signed their child(ren) up for the Summer Program, you should have gotten a confirmation message through Procare. If you have enrolled your child but have not received a notification to sign up for Procare or did not receive the confirmation message sent on Thursday, April 2nd, please reach out to Heather Best at hbest@rnesu.org.
Thank you! | | | | | |
Dear Neshobe Families and Caregivers,
RNESU is excited to offer summer programming for eligible students this July. Summit the Summer: Summer Learning Academy is a four-week program designed to support student growth in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
The program will run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 11:00, beginning Monday, July 6, 2026, and ending Friday, July 31, 2026. Programming will take place at both Lothrop Elementary School and Neshobe School.
We will be coordinating with local summer day camps through Pittsford Recreation (Pittsford) and the Boys & Girls Club (Brandon) to help ensure a smooth transition for students participating in both Summit the Summer and afternoon camp opportunities.
Our goal during these four weeks is to help students strengthen essential academic skills, build confidence, and remain engaged in learning through a combination of hands-on activities and targeted academic support.
Eligible students will receive additional information and registration materials through their classroom teachers.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Neshobe School Publishing |
